Tim Liznick provides effective arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution services.
Tim is a labour and employment lawyer and has extensive experience dealing with workplace conflicts in a variety of public and private sector settings. Tim offers dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration services to parties in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces involving all aspects of labour, employment and human resources law.
Tim practiced labour and employment law for over 31 years in a leading labour and employment law firm.
Tim has acted as counsel on thousands of labour and employment disputes across the public and private sectors. He has appeared before rights and interest arbitrators, the OLRB, the HRTO, the WSIB/WSIAT, and the Ontario Courts.
Tim left the private practice of law on June 30, 2023 to become a neutral arbitrator/mediator and to establish Liznick Dispute Resolution. Tim is also a Vice-Chair at the Ontario Labour Relations Board and a member of the Ontario Labour Management Arbitrators' Association.
